Called Back to an Ocean Grove Business for the Second Time

We attended a business in Ocean Grove to replace a smashed bottom window panel.
This one was a returning client. We had repaired a different window for them previously, and they called us back rather than shopping around.
Why that matters more than it sounds
Emergency glazing is a trade people find in a hurry, usually through whoever answers the phone first. Getting called back is the only real measure of whether the first job was done properly, because nobody returns to a glazier who left a mess or a panel that did not sit right.
It is the part of the job you cannot advertise. It only shows up months later, in a second phone call.

The damaged glass was safely removed, the frame cleaned out and a new panel installed, restoring the security and appearance of the frontage.
