Approve it and we book it in
As soon as we have the go ahead we book directly with the tenant. If the property is vacant and we need inside access, we collect the keys from your office.
Completed and documented
Before and after photos on every job. If we collected keys, they come straight back to your office as soon as the work is done.
Invoiced with photos attached
Invoiced out with the photos attached to your work order system, or sent through by email if that suits you better.
Under your work order threshold? We go straight to the works.
Some agents attach a threshold to the work order. If the job comes in under it, we can book in immediately, skipping Stages 1 and 2 and getting the property safe and secure straight away.
