Ocean Grove Timber Frame Putty Window Replacement | Barwon Glass

The Barwon Glass team were called to a property in Ocean Grove after the customer noticed one of their timber window panes had dropped lower within the frame and was no longer supported at the top edge. The glass had started to rattle in the wind and move freely, creating a safety concern.

Upon inspection, we found that the existing putty bedding had failed and separated from the glass, leaving the panel loose inside the timber sash. Our glaziers carefully removed the old pane. The window was then reinstalled and sealed properly to eliminate any movement or rattle.
