A glass bottle was thrown at the front door of the Patagonia store in Geelong, shattering the lower panel.
The location is what made it urgent. A lower door panel is at shin height, in the one spot every single customer passes through, and the store was trading with heavy foot traffic.

We attended on the weekend for same-day service, removed the shattered glass, cleaned the entry and installed a new panel, restoring both the security and the visibility of the storefront.
The store kept trading throughout. On a retail entry the aim is always to work around the door rather than close it, because closing the entrance costs the business more than the glass does.
